Sharo Shirshekan is a community-focused real estate developer and investor who helps improve people's lives in his municipalities. He has more than 35 years of experience developing healthcare properties and businesses and has leveraged his success to enhance civic infrastructure. Most notably, Sharo Shirshekan donated two of his properties to the City of Bonne Terre for a new police department and city hall. He also remodeled and donated amusement centers into a thrift store to Minsterial Alliance and Helping Hands Ministries, respectively.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shirshekan has managed and operated more than 60 skilled nursing facilities in Missouri and Illinois under Health Care Management, a firm he launched in 1995. In addition to financial oversight and ensuring a high quality of care in these facilities, he delivered unique and engaging experiences not typically offered at traditional retirement communities.
In addition, Mr. Shirshekan developed or acquired Hillside Manor, Perry Oaks Manor, and St Joe Manor. He has experience in all facets of development, including transforming distressed properties, typically hospitals, into high-end skilled nursing facilities.
